About Me

During my undergraduate years, I have been involved in various different organizations. I was on the executive board for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) and held the Regional Representative role. One of my biggest contributions were with the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair, which is the biggest recruitment event at RPI. I was the external treasurer and then held the co-director role this past fall where I was able to work with an incredible staff. I helped bring together Latin Heritage Month Planning Committee, which is responsible in planning Latin Heritage Month, and held the treasurer position in its first year as a Union recognized club. I am also a founder for Omega Phi Beta Sorority Inc, established at RPI over Summer 2021, which is a multicultural Greek organization that focuses on diversity and professionalism for self-identifying women. During my time in the sorority, I have held multiple roles as secretary, herstorian and programming chair. During my last year, I decided to become involved in my class council as a Class Representative and have helped put together events such as 100 days. I also have held the Undergraduate Regional Student Representative this year for SHPE region 4 which covers the Northeast and Puerto Rico and worked with a team of students from across the region to put together events and to help undergraduate chapters.
