About Me
As a first semester freshman at Rensselaer, I immediately became involved in the Resident Student Association, within which I became my hall council’s secretary. Through the Resident Student Association I hosted many programs for within my residence hall, and found a desire to join Student Living and Learning Staff in the future. In addition, during my sophomore year I was co-chairman of the Quad Hall council.
In spring of 2015, I was inducted into the Patroon Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) and took a position on the Women at Rensselaer Mentor Program Board (WMP). I became the Mentor/Mentee Relationship Coordinator for WMP and help the position through my junior year of college. This position allowed me to positively impact incoming freshman females who decided to join the program by providing them with a personal resource before even arrive to campus. In my junior year I also held the position of Vice President for Recruitment and Retention on the NRHH executive board. Currently, as a senior, I am the President of the Patroon Chapter of NRHH.
Additionally, I have served as a Student Living and Learning Staff member during my Junior year as a Resident Assistant in a freshman residence hall. This year I am serving as a Resident Director in a freshman residence hall. I truly enjoy working with incoming students and seeing them grow through their first year here at Rensselear.
