About Me
Throughout my time as an undergraduate student, I have been afforded the opportunity to experience many different aspects of campus life. Academically, within the School of Architecture, I have served on the Dean’s Student Advisory Council for two years and as Co-President of RPI’s chapter of the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) for a year. In terms of athletics, I was a member of the RPI Softball Team and the Secretary of the Architecture Athletes Mentoring Program for a year. When it comes to extracurricular activities, the Rensselaer Student Union has fostered a great deal of my experiences at RPI by allowing me to join clubs and seek out leadership opportunities. I have been a member of the Photography Club and have contributed to the documentation of the plethora of events that the Union plans and sponsors as a Union Photographer.
Student government is also housed in the Union and has enabled me to collaborate and work toward the betterment of the student experience, culture, and support here at RPI. Throughout my sophomore and junior year, I served on the Class of 2018 Council as a Representative and Director of Public Relations, and on the Student Government Communications Committee as Vice Chairperson. During my senior year, I served as the Student Government Communications Committee Chairperson and an Independent Senator to the Student Senate, and the Senior Week Chairperson for the Class of 2018. This past year, my 5th year in the Architecture program, I served as the 153rd Grand Marshal – RPI’s equivalent of student body president and the highest elected student official.
