With this award, Phalanx recognizes faculty members who:
- Have made unusual contributions to the personal counseling of undergraduate students
- Have generously shared time and talents with undergraduate students, and
- Have demonstrated special concern for the welfare of undergraduate students in and out of the classroom.
Please describe the responsibilities involved and the nominee’s performance in carrying them out. We strongly encourage additional letters of recommendation and other information that will bring to light the qualities that make this nominee a viable candidate for this honor.
At least 5 years of service is required.
