About Me
During my freshman year, I was asked to take over the role of President for the Transit Yearbook for RPI due to my previous experience in high school. One of our goals was to revitalize the club by recruiting new members, which we were able to accomplish. I was also asked to run a Twitter account for RPI through the Social Media Ambassador program. My sophomore year, I decided to tackle even more, and joined the Executive Boards of National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and Black Student Alliance (BSA) in order to make a difference in the minority community. I joined the Greek Community as a sister of Alpha Phi International Fraternity, and almost immediately was elected for the Vice President of Campus Affairs. I also had the amazing opportunity to participate in Lab Research at in the Relyea Lab at RPI my sophomore year, and gained experience in the field in aquatic biology.
